These terms govern your use of (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service gives you API access to AI models operated by third-party providers. We route your requests to those providers and bill you for usage. Model availability, behavior and pricing may change.

2. Accounts and API keys

You're responsible for activity under your account and keys. Keep your keys secret. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid in USD, are used up as you make requests, and don't expire while your account is active. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Crypto deposits are credited after the network confirms them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, generate content that sexually exploits minors, harass others, create malware, or violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for how you use it. We don't guarantee uptime or that any particular model will remain available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
